Coal crusher and mill use in coal resources

The coal gangue stacking largely, not only occupies land, impacts ecological environment, the coal gangue leaching water will pollute the surrounding soil and groundwater, but also there are some combustible material, which can spontaneous combustion under appropriate conditions, so that discharging harmful gases pollute atmospheric environment, such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon oxides, affecting the health of residents in mining areas.
Coal gangue can replace clay to produce ordinary cement partially or fully. The coal gangue of spontaneous combustion and artificial combustion has a certain activity, and can be as cement active mixed materials, to produce ordinary silicate cement (dosage less than 20%), pozzolana cement (dosage 20 to 50%) and less wrought material cement (dosage greater than 50%). It also directly matched with lime, gypsum in an appropriate ratio, ground into clinker-free cement, can be as a cementing material, making boiling slag as aggregate or gravel, the coarse and fine aggregate, to produce concrete blocks or concrete hollow blocks and other building materials.
Coal gangue can be used to sintered lightweight aggregate. Japan use coal gangue as the main raw material for manufacture lightweight aggregate for the construction of high-rise buildings, the building weight can lighten 20%.
Leaching with hydrochloric acid can achieve crystal aluminum chloride. The leaching residue, is mainly silica, can be the raw material of producing rubber filler and producing water glass. Rare elements contained within the remaining mother liquor (such as germanium, gallium, vanadium, uranium, etc.), depend on its content to  extract value.
In addition, coal gangue can also be used to produce low calorific value coal gas, manufacture ceramics, make soil conditioner, or used for paving, underground filling, fill the ground to transform land. The coal gangue after spontaneous combustion can also be used for planting grass, beautify the environment.
